BROOKSIDE | RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Cascade, is a premium high-rise residential development set within the prime districts of Nairobi. The project addresses the challenges of a tight plot, in providing traditional green breathing spaces on the ground plane. The development introduces green, private and communal spaces, in a vertical array. By terracing up a green corridor throughout the building, the spiraling green not only creates a distinctive aesthetic, and identity, but also offers a private green terrace to each unit. Compromising of 3 and 4 bedroom units the development has an atypical approach where each individual unit has a unique layout with a private green and a recreational pool integrated in various formats. The communal spaces occur vertically at various levels.
