JAVIER PEREZ MORALES | CONSULTING DESIGN DIRECTOR

Javier Perez Morales is an architect from Spain with more than 17 years of experience in a wide range of project types throughout Asia, Europe and Middle East. Javier is inspired by the geometrical forms of nature to create new architectural models that interact more fluidly with their environment. His work is a constant search for balance between the efficiency and beauty of the built space.

Before joining WAVE, Javier worked with design firms in Spain, Belgium  and Singapore on various institutional, mixed-used, residential and hospitality projects. During his career he has worked as senior project designer leading teams in projects of different scales in firms such as WATG, SpaceMatrix, UrbanArc, Conix Architects or Reservoir A. 

Javier’s extensive background in the preparation of construction documentation combined with his keen eye for details enables him to create designs that can be successfully developed and constructed. He is a natural collaborator who shares his knowledge and passion for design with others and is committed to achieving the highest level of quality.

His work and experience has allowed him to be a guest professor and jury of architectural design at different universities: Sint-Lucas Hogeschool of Gent (Belgium), Singapore University of Technology and Design (Singapore), Universitat de Barcelona (Spain)... The work developed throughout his career has been published in design magazines.
